Bio: Alizée Garcia Parsons is a senior at Arizona State University, originally from Southern California, double-majoring in Finance and Sports Business at the W. P. Carey School of Business. She transferred to ASU from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, and competes in cross country and track & field, specializing in the 6k, Mile, and 3000m steeplechase.
Through her coursework and time in the NCAA, Alizée developed a strong interest in the financial side of the sports industry, particularly athlete representation and NIL. She currently serves as VP of Finance for SBA, managing the organization's budget and financial operations, and gained hands-on experience interning with the Arizona Sports and Entertainment Commission, supporting financial and operational processes within youth and collegiate athletics. She is also a member of the Financial Management Association, and prior to ASU, was involved with the Mānoa Economic Association, Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and International Business Organization at Hawaiʻi.
As a first-generation American raised in French and Welsh cultures, Alizée brings adaptability and a global perspective to everything she does, sharpened by balancing D1 competition, a double-major, and NIL partnerships.
Outside of school and athletics, Alizée describes herself as a sidequest enthusiast who loves collecting hobbies and chasing adventures. She plays guitar, surfs, skates, and snowboards, and has recently gotten into golf. She's an avid mountain biker, hiker, and camper who's happiest in nature, and she's long had a passion for film photography, which eventually led her into sports and concert photography while she was in Hawaiʻi. She also loves concerts and is always down to be in the pit.
After graduation, Alizée hopes to build a career at the intersection of finance and sports, working in athlete representation or the financial side of sports business.
